Extraordinary assistants for people with ADHD

Living with ADHD in London or Hertfordshire and finding admin overwhelming? You’re not alone.

Our ADHD support assistants take the pressure off. We handle the tasks that sap your energy and steal your focus - so you can actually get things done.

You’re smart. You’re capable. But ADHD makes work harder than it should be.

You lose track of time >> You miss meetings or send stuff late - again

You freeze at the start >> That easy email still isn’t sent three days later

You forget the small things >> And suddenly you’re apologising for “dropping the ball”

You know what to do >> But you still can’t make yourself do it

You’re exhausted from masking >> And no one sees how hard you’re working just to keep up

For brilliant minds with ADHD, the biggest barrier isn’t ideas - it’s follow-through.

You’ve got the ideas, the ambition, the energy - but staying on top of the small stuff? It can feel like juggling fire! But you’re not lazy. You’re not disorganized. Your brain just works differently.

That’s where we come in. At askChenai, we support high-performing professionals with ADHD who are tired of struggling with time, admin, and attention overload.

You don’t need another app, you need a human who gets you!

We help people with ADHD thrive - with support that gets ADHD - and gets stuff done!

We’re not here to “fix” your ADHD.
We’re here to work with it — and make your life less chaotic

Life with ADHD isn’t linear. Our support isn’t either — it’s built around you. And we get that — because we’ve helped people with ADHD find their flow.
